Adult Social Camp collects the details you enter on our pre-registration form so we can tell you first when dates, venue and booking details are ready.

What we collect

Your first name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, age bracket, town or city, whether you're coming alone, your date preference and what interests you most.

How we use it

To contact you about the first Adult Social Camp Women's Edition by WhatsApp and email, and to understand overall interest so we can plan the camp. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other companies for their own marketing.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It tells us how many people who saw our Facebook or Instagram ads visited this page and pre-registered, and it helps Meta show our ads to people more likely to be interested. The pixel records page visits and completed pre-registrations along with technical information such as your browser and approximate location from your internet connection. It does not receive your name, email address or phone number.

The pixel is not loaded at all for visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, because we do not ask for cookie consent there. You can also stop this tracking at any time by blocking cookies in your browser, using your browser's tracking protection, or adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your details at any time — just reply to any message from us or email us and we'll remove you from the list. You may also ask what information we hold about you. We keep your details only while we're planning and running the Adult Social Camp launch.

We handle your information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
